To get the most out of your experience and to have the best effect, please find some tips below:

  • listen to this recording each day over the next period of time, ideally 3 weeks, preferably before going to bed or right after waking up because those are the times during the day your mind is most receptive, but feel free to listen to it whenever you like, but not while driving.

  • make sure you are in a quiet, comfortable place, lying down, with your phone on silent, maybe listening wearing headphones.

  • at the beginning of the audio I am guiding you into a deep state of relaxation in order to slow down your brain waves so you can absorb what you hear more effectively. This is a form of self-hypnosis, like meditation with a goal in mind, and there is a way to go into self-hypnosis, just practice with me now: look up as high as you can, into your eyebrows while you keep breathing in and out, and then close down your eyelids while keeping your eyeballs up, and you feel a fluttering of your eyelids which is called REM (rapid eye movement) and which will help you go into a deeply relaxing state quickly in which the meditation will work its wonders. After you have closed down your eyelids, you can relax your eyeballs again.

Note: This audio is just a small taste of my work. After each of my one-on-one sessions, all clients receive a completely personalised recording that has about double the length and addresses each client’s needs thoroughly.
