Why I Tried Primal Bod: Struggling with Perimenopause and Weight Gain
I was in my 40s, going through perimenopause, and feeling stuck. My energy was at an all-time low, my sleep was disrupted, and despite eating “healthy” and working out, the weight around my belly and thighs wouldn’t budge. I felt like I didn’t know my body anymore.

I carried most of my fat in my thighs. Each thigh shrank by 2.5 inches (6.3 cm)
